You might have to uninstall your keyboard restart your computer then reinstall it try blowing out all of the dust from your keyboard using a fine air blower from an air compressor making VERY sure there is no MOISTURE in the lines. I am pretty sure there isnt a problem with the usb ports as i am using this keyboard on the same port i tried the Hp keyboard on. I am using a HP mouse that came with the keyboard and it works fine. Like i said the keyboard works on other computers. I checked my keyboards in device manager and i couldn't find it there. I installed and updated my HP multimedia keyboard drivers and it still wont work. I am currently using a logitech UBS keyboard. I tried seaching for new devices and it wouldnt find it. I checked my devices and i couldnt find it there.
